What this website offers
This site publishes general educational information about crypto-assets and blockchain technology, and a form for sending an inquiry to Digital Ledger Academy. It is an information site only. Digital Ledger Academy is not a registered dealer, adviser, trading platform or money services business. It does not hold, trade or transfer crypto-assets for anyone, and nothing on it is an offer or a recommendation. Use the form for questions about the published information. Please leave passwords, wallet recovery phrases, private keys and account numbers out of your message, because an inquiry never needs them.
Being contacted about an inquiry
The inquiry form asks only for your name, your email address and your message. By sending it you agree that Digital Ledger Academy may reply to the email address you entered, and only about your inquiry. We reply by email. Reading this site does not require you to agree to anything, and the form does not put you on a mailing list. We send no marketing email without your consent, and if you ever receive a message from us that you do not want, tell us at team76@digitalledgeracademy.shop and we will stop writing to you.
No advice and no dealing
The guides here are explanations, not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and no page suggests that you buy, sell, hold or move any crypto-asset. They cannot reflect your income, goals or situation. Digital Ledger Academy does not rate, rank or endorse any coin, token, exchange, wallet or company. Any decision about crypto-assets is yours, and it is wise to talk it over with a qualified professional who is registered to give advice.
Accuracy, links and reuse
Pages here give general information, and because rules, products and risks in this area change, a page can fall behind. Confirm current details with official sources before you act on anything. A link takes you to a site run by another organization, under its own terms and policies, which Digital Ledger Academy does not control. Copying text, images or layouts from this site for another purpose needs permission from Digital Ledger Academy first. No page states prices, fees or rates.
Applicable law and where you live
These terms are governed by the laws of the province in which Digital Ledger Academy has its principal office and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The information on this site is general and is meant for readers across Canada. Rules for crypto-assets and for consumers differ by province and territory. This does not take away any consumer protection that the law of your own province or territory gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement.
